1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AIExposureTool ("Service"), operated at aiexposuretool.com by aitoolexposure.com ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

AIExposureTool provides local English style analysis, AI-likelihood estimates when an independent detector is connected, and AI-assisted text rewriting. The sentence editor supports selective rewrites and sentence locks.

Style scores describe patterns in writing. Detector probabilities describe possible whole-document classifications; they do not establish authorship or the fraction of words written by AI. Neither a score nor a rewrite guarantees acceptance by another detector, employer, school, or publisher. Review all rewritten text for meaning, accuracy, and attribution.

Earlier website visibility, security, and report tools remain available to legacy users under their existing plans.

3. Acceptable use

You may only submit URLs that you own or have explicit permission to scan. By submitting a URL you confirm that:

You have permission to submit and edit the text, files, or website material you provide.
You are not using the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
You will not attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse free tiers, reverse-engineer our scanning logic, or resell scan results without permission.
You will not use automated bots to submit URLs in bulk without prior approval.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice or refund.

4. Account & authentication

You may create an account using your email address. We use Clerk for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your email.

5. Free & paid plans

Free — unlimited local style analysis, 600 rewritten words per UTC day, up to 300 words per request. Free word allowances are shared by requests from the same IP address.
Pro — $19/month, 50,000 rewritten words per billing period, up to 1,000 words per request.
Studio — $49/month, 250,000 rewritten words per billing period, up to 1,000 words per request, with priority email support.

Paid allowances follow the billing period supplied by the payment provider. Unused words do not roll over. Locked sentences are excluded from rewritten word charges. Failed preservation checks and rewrites that do not lower the local style index return their allowance. Returned words are distinct from a monetary refund.

Independent detector checks, when available, are limited to 10 requests per hour per IP address. Local style analysis remains available if the detector is unavailable. Legacy visibility subscriptions keep their existing entitlements; they are not the humanizer plans listed here.

6. Payments & billing

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment processor. Dodo Payments handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT compliance on our behalf.

Dodo Payments accepts major credit/debit cards and select local payment methods depending on your region.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Invoices and receipts are issued by Dodo Payments and sent to your email.
All prices are in USD.
We do not store your credit card, bank account, or payment details on our servers. All payment data is handled entirely by Dodo Payments.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us at support@aiexposuretool.com. Upon cancellation:

You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Your account automatically reverts to the free plan after the billing period ends.
No further charges will be made after cancellation.

8. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal, you may request a full refund.

To request a refund, email support@aiexposuretool.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
All refunds are processed by Dodo Payments. We will instruct Dodo Payments to issue your refund upon approval.
Credit/debit card refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Refunds may be refused if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
Partial billing-period refunds are not offered for mid-cycle cancellations outside the 30-day window.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Writing analyses and scan results are informational only and may be inaccurate. Preservation checks validate supported literal figures, quotations, references, and locked sentences; they do not prove semantic equivalence or factual correctness. AIExposureTool is not responsible for security incidents, data breaches, or losses arising from your use of or reliance on scan results. Generated text and other outputs are suggestions; review them before use and follow the attribution and AI-use rules that apply to your work.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIExposureTool and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual property

All content, code, design, branding, and tooling on AIExposureTool is our property or licensed to us. You retain your rights to text you submit. Rewrites and generated outputs are yours to use, subject to any rights in the source material. Our published method explains the local style score; it does not grant access to private platform data or third-party services.

12. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Clerk (authentication), Dodo Payments (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and DeepSeek, Anthropic, and OpenAI (rewrites). Your use of these services through AIExposureTool is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections on liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active paying subscribers and by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of India.
